​I am a Boston-born, Harvard University certified educator, and professional fighter with over 20 years of combative martial arts experience and over a decade of youth and adult instruction experience.
I believe in always putting forth one’s best effort and pushing ourselves to create new limits. In my spare time I garden, practice yoga, cook, cycle, camp, suck at the bass, take my cat for walks, and probably a bunch of other random things I can’t think of at the moment.
